Renaissance ® New York Headquarters

Andy Warhol's former studio, overlooking Union Square in NYC, has been transformed by Landow and Landow Architects' project team into New York Headquarters for Renaissance ®, a leader in Pre K-12 learning analytics.

Landow and Landow designed this 10,000 square foot full floor to convey the innovation, creativity, and energy of the Renaissance ® brand. Utilizing an open office plan, the space provides work and gathering areas for individuals and groups of various sizes, while maintaining auditory privacy without the need for private offices.

Existing architectural elements were preserved and restored. Individual and collaborative workspaces are incorporated throughout the floor. A private wellness room is available for employees, and a cafe and lounge offer informal work and gathering areas, as well as the opportunity for Renaissance ® to host large events.

The Landow and Landow team also designed custom upholstered furniture, tables, and cabinetry.
